Just traded in my truck that was having mechanical issues. Carter was the gentlemen that I worked with in Sales. I also got the pleasure of working with the GM-Jake, Sales Manager-Israel, and Finance Manager-Jon. All top shelf people, excellent customer experience, non-pressure realistic negotiations. Did not try to force a deal on the first day. Gave me more than a fair price for my truck, and still didn't try to get me on the back end. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. This is the only dealership who processed my Jeep Mastercard reward points. While they were not familiar with the program, they were not annoyed or dismissive that I wanted to use the points as every other dealership was. Technician quickly diagnosed the coolant leak issue as well as replaced a faulty sensor that I finally scheduled the appointment for in the first place. Resolved both issues faster than anticipated, too. Just scheduled an oil change. I could save time by going anywhere in Salem, but would rather make the short drive to a trusted service center.
Totally worth the 48 mile drive from Eugene to have my Chrysler Voyager's 60K mile service here. Also $840 less than I was quoted locally! Great customer service all around and will be my goto garage in the future.
I've called Eugene Jeep three times, left two vm's and a message with receptionist for a call back for service. After no contact back I called Albany jeep. Totally worth the drive. When I called, they made me an appointment that day for, maybe, a week or more out. Friendly, attentive staff in Albany. Thanks guys.

Head's up must bring registration or title with you when replicating your vehicle keys now in order to prove ownership of the vehicle you're replacating the keys for...I can remember when vehicle keys weren't chipped or nearly as expensive... but all necessary $100.75 or pertneer ...I hear I got lucky sisters keys cost 175$... crazy
