How does the pick-up and drop-off service work? – Willamette Valley drivers in need of vehicle maintenance or repairs can benefit from our flexible pickup and home delivery services. Once an appointment is scheduled, a service advisor will contact you to verify services and confirm the pick-up time. To ensure a secure process, you will also receive a picture of the driver in charge of picking up the vehicle. Payments will be securely collected over the phone without cash or checks involved.
